This talk reveals the turbulent life of Tutankhamen, his relationship with Ancient Egyptian gods and goddesses and the abrupt ending to a short reign. Over 3000 years later, the discovery of Tutankhamen’s tomb made him the most famous pharaoh in Ancient Egyptian history. Hear about the tomb robbers in the Valley of the Kings, the apparent ‘curse’ and see works of art from his tomb on display in Egypt today. Visitors £8 Members free

Join us on a free 30km led-ride around Hillingdon Volunteers in Hillingdon we will once again be taking riders out on the “Tour de Hillingdon” a leisure ride that is a 30 km loop of the borough starting from and ending at Uxbridge Civic Centre.
