We at Harlington Hospice, support people living with serious or terminal illness in the London Borough of Hillingdon and surrounding areas. We believe that everybody living in our local community should be able to access the care and support they need to be able to live each of their days in their own way, to the fullest. For our first meeting of 2024 we welcome Evan Panagopoulosis to talk about Ruislip’s Battle of Britain House. Evan will take us on an exploration of the history of the house that once stood in Ruislip Woods from a family home built in 1904 to its use as a secret WW2 training base and beyond.
