Brain Tumour Awareness Conference

The Hillingdon Brain Tumour and Brain Injury Group is a local charity, headed by former Eastcote councillor Becky Haggar. The charity provides practical and emotional support to adults and families affected by brain tumours and acquired brain injuries. We are based in Hillingdon, but our services are offered to people from outside Hillingdon too. We are holding an Awareness conference, free of charge and for anyone interested, at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge, on Friday September 18th.
You can learn about brain tumours and brain injury (eg from an accident), about the support available for patients and carers, and ask questions. And if you are interested in volunteering for a charity, this will be an opportunity to talk to us and find out more: we welcome volunteers to help in our work.
