It is with very great sadness that we are letting you know that Lesley Crowcroft passed away earlier this week.
She had battled with ill health for a long time and most particularly in recent months. She had had to endure so much but continued to work tirelessly for our community through her dedicated work for the Eastcote Conservation Panel and the Friends of Eastcote House Gardens.
For many years, as planning representative for ERA, I worked very closely with Lesley on local planning applications and other planning issues. Her knowledge and support were invaluable to me, as was the friendship between us which grew over those years.
She will be so missed.
