The Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner Service at Mount Vernon Hospital will be reconfigured and consolidated into the Urgent Treatment Centre at Hillingdon Hospital.  The last patients will be seen at the Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner Service on Friday 26 September.
