DESCRIPTION:LONDON BOROUGH OF HILLINGDON \nTEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC\n(WOODLAND AVENUE\, RUISLIP) ORDER 2024\nROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) \n1. Hillingdon Council gives notice that to enable main renewal works to be\ncarried out by AIS and to prevent the likelihood of danger to the public it made\nthis Order\, which will temporarily close Woodlands Avenue from the junction\nof Field End Road.\n2. Diversion route will be in place via Newnham Avenue\, Sunningdale Avenue\, Field\nEnd Road and vice versa.\nNothing in the Order shall apply to prevent vehicular access to premises on or\nadjacent to the prohibited length of road insofar as access is reasonably\npracticable without interference with the said works.\n3. The temporary restriction will be in operation between 08:00hrs on the 2nd\nApril 2024 to 17:30hrs\, on the 9th April 2024 and to such extent as indicated\nby traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General\nDirections 2016. Road users should assume that the closure has been put\ninto effect only if traffic signs have been erected stating that the road has\nbeen closed and the diversion route\, if necessary is in place.\n4. The Order\, which is proposed will come into operation on 2nd April 2024\, will\ncontinue in force for eighteen months or until work to which it relates is\ncompleted. However it is anticipated that the works will be completed within 7\nDays.
