SUMMARY:FIELD END PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIETY ANNUAL EXHIBITION
DESCRIPTION:FIELD END PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIETY (FEPS) is approaching its Golden Anniversary in the Season starting September 4th. \nThe current season closes on June 26th. Members are currently preparing work for their Annual Exhibition. The Exhibition will be held at the Ruislip Cow Byre from SUNDAY MAY 19th until SATURDAY JUNE 1st. The exhibition is Open from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm daily… (Closing 3:00pm on final day only). \nWe hold a variety of competitive\, developmental\, and social events throughout the year including workshops that develop creativity\, camera use and settings\, printing and editing; high quality speakers who cover a wide range of photographic genres; organised photographic outings and social events. \nAdditionally\, the club has a regular programme of internal competitions for both print and digital work.  Each season we take part in competitions against other clubs in the region and our work also features in national level competitions.  This season FEPS member Antonia Thompson won the prestigious Intimate Landscape competition with her image “In the Depths of the Forest” and Neil Jackson’s image “Morning Light in Newlands Valley” won the award for the best image in a competition covering clubs in the wider Chilterns area. \nFEPS also contributes to the wider photographical region by having 2 of its’ members as judges within the region.
